How to Determine Due Date with HCG Levels, Last Period Date, and Conflicting Information from App and Doctor?

My HCG levels are 5500, my last period started on January 18th. The pregnancy app says I'm in my 8th week, but the doctor says I'm in my 5th week. How can I accurately calculate my due date?

On ur baby scan will measure baby and u will now approximate day
