How can I determine my pregnancy duration accurately based on my last period date and beta HCG levels?

My last period date was 26th July, and the beta HCG levels indicate that I am only one week pregnant. However, this app shows that I am 5 weeks pregnant. How can I accurately determine my pregnancy duration?

Thats actually about 3 weeks u xould have ovulated late
