I am currently in my sixth week of pregnancy and have been experiencing stomach pain. Is this a normal symptom or should I be concerned?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

During the early stages of pregnancy, it is common for women to experience various discomforts, including stomach pain. This can be attributed to the changes happening in your body as it adjusts to accommodate the growing fetus. However, if the pain is severe or accompanied by other concerning symptoms such as bleeding or fever, it is important to consult your healthcare provider. They will be able to evaluate your specific situation and provide appropriate guidance. In general, mild stomach pain during early pregnancy is usually nothing to worry about and can often be relieved with rest, relaxation techniques, and over-the-counter remedies like antacids. It's always best to reach out to your healthcare provider for personalized advice and reassurance.

It is normal to have light pain/cramping. If it is bad or accompanied by any other symptoms then make an appointment with your obgyn.
