    Hey, I remember gettin a lot of discomfort around that time too. Sitting for long stretches would make my hips n lower back feel so tight. What helped me was using a thick cushion or pillow under my bum and lower back, and making sure my feet were supported. I'd also take little breaks to stand up n do a few gentle stretches or walk around the room. Sometimes even sitting on a big exercise ball felt better than a chair. Everyone's body is different, but little adjustments like that and listening to your body really made things more bearable for me.
