Is it normal to experience watery white discharge without odor or itching at 6 months of pregnancy? I have to use a pantyliner and sometimes it gushes out like period flow. Additionally, I am experiencing cramps that last for about 30 seconds, occurring twice in 30 minutes. This has been happening for the past two days, and I also don't feel hungry. Should I be concerned?

Watery white discharge during pregnancy is generally considered normal, as long as it doesn't have a foul odor or cause itching. Increased vaginal discharge is common due to hormonal changes. However, if the discharge is accompanied by other symptoms such as gushing like period flow or cramps, it's important to consult your healthcare provider. These symptoms could indicate an infection or other complications that require medical attention. It's always better to err on the side of caution and get checked by your doctor to ensure the well-being of both you and your baby.
