I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and recently found out that my baby's heartbeat is measuring at 177 beats per minute. Is this within the normal range, or should I be concerned? Please provide an answer as soon as possible.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! It is completely normal for a baby's heartbeat to vary throughout the pregnancy. At 14 weeks, a heart rate of 177 beats per minute is considered within the normal range. Generally, during early pregnancy, the fetal heart rate can range from 120-180 bpm. As the pregnancy progresses, the heart rate tends to decrease slightly. However, every pregnancy is unique, and there may be slight variations in individual cases. If you have any concerns or questions about your baby's health, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider who can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation.

Yes. It's normal. Rate will decline. On term and after birth it will be about 120-150.
