I am 8 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing coffee-colored spotting for the past 2 days. I had a transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) today, and the report came back normal. What could be causing this spotting? Please provide guidance.
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Coffee-colored spotting during early pregnancy can be concerning, but it is not always a cause for alarm. It can occur due to various reasons such as implantation bleeding, hormonal changes, or cervical irritation. In some cases, it may also indicate a potential problem like an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. Since your TVS report came back normal, it is reassuring that there are no obvious issues with the pregnancy. However, if the spotting persists or worsens, it is important to consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance. They may recommend additional tests or monitoring to ensure the well-being of both you and your baby.

I faced same problem. Doctor advised me to take complete bed rest.

 And needed to take injection.

And now taking medicine two times.

You should go to doctor immediately.

And don't move from bed. Accept toilet.
