My last menstruation was on 3rd August, and today is 7th September, still I haven't got any period. My cycle is regular. I did a pregnancy test but it's negative. However, I am experiencing dizziness in the morning, nausea after eating, mild stomach cramps for a week, discomfort during sex for the past two weeks resulting in stomach cramps, and foot pain. Is it possible that I am pregnant despite the negative test result?

If you have missed your period and are experiencing pregnancy symptoms like dizziness, nausea after eating, mild stomach cramps, discomfort during sex causing stomach cramps, and foot pain, there is a possibility that you could be pregnant even if your pregnancy test came back negative. Home pregnancy tests can sometimes give false-negative results if taken too early or not done correctly. It is recommended to wait for a few more days and take another test or consult with a healthcare professional for a blood test which can provide more accurate results. Other factors such as stress or hormonal imbalances can also cause delayed periods and similar symptoms. If you are concerned about your symptoms or unsure about the accuracy of the tests, it's best to seek medical advice to determine the cause of your symptoms and get appropriate guidance.

Try taking another pregnancy test. Make sure you use your first pee in the morning, when you wake up. Your hcg levels might just be too low to pick up still. If it shows negative again, go to a gynecologist and make sure everything is okay.

Go for a blood test. That's the most accurate.
