My period hasn't arrived since 9th March, and I'm unsure if I'm pregnant or not. I have all the symptoms of pregnancy except for vomiting. Can you please advise me on whether I might be pregnant or not?

If your period is late and you're experiencing pregnancy symptoms but not vomiting, it's possible that you could be pregnant. However, it's important to note that pregnancy symptoms can vary from person to person, and some women may experience only a few or even none at all. To determine if you're pregnant, the most accurate way is to take a home pregnancy test or visit a healthcare professional for a blood test. These tests can detect the presence of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), a hormone produced during pregnancy. If the test results are positive, it's recommended to schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider for further guidance and prenatal care. If the test results are negative and your period still hasn't arrived after a week or two, it's advisable to consult with your doctor to investigate any underlying causes for the delay in your menstrual cycle. Remember, every woman's body is unique, so it's essential to listen to your body and seek medical advice when needed.
