Can abdominal pain and backache on the right side be caused by an ectopic pregnancy during 7 weeks and 5 days?

I am currently 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant, experiencing backache and abdominal pain on the right side. Could this be a result of my previous ectopic pregnancy?
