I am currently 35 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and every time I eat, I feel like throwing up. Is this a normal symptom of pregnancy, or should I be concerned? Please help me understand what could be causing this and if there are any remedies or solutions to alleviate the nausea.

Feeling nauseous while eating during pregnancy is a common symptom experienced by many women. This condition is known as "morning sickness," although it can occur at any time of the day. While morning sickness typically subsides after the first trimester, some women may continue to experience it throughout their pregnancy. The exact cause of morning sickness is unknown, but hormonal changes and an increase in estrogen levels are believed to play a role.

To alleviate the nausea, try eating small, frequent meals instead of large ones. Avoid spicy, greasy, or strong-smelling foods that may trigger your symptoms. Opt for bland foods like crackers, toast, or rice that are easier on your stomach. Drinking ginger tea or sucking on ginger candies can also provide relief from nausea.

It's important to stay hydrated during pregnancy, so make sure to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Sipping on water or clear liquids like herbal teas can help soothe your stomach.

If your symptoms persist or worsen over time, it's advisable to consult with your healthcare provider. They can evaluate your condition and provide further guidance based on your specific circumstances.

Remember that every woman's experience with pregnancy is unique, so what works for one person may not work for another. It's essential to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

Same here, my dr says is from the contractions and cuz of the uterus which grows and push further therefore our food stays longer în the crowded  stomach and heartburn also gets intensive so our body responds by throwin up the bad ♀️, plus baby presing everywhere Im tryin to eat small portions and often but at times even water seems to much for me to handle♀️♀️, as long as u dont have headache, blurry vision or high tension i dont think you have to worry, guess we need patience for few more weeks!!
