U always sleep with left-side because when you are lying in right side ur blood flow was low , so heart blood flow so u want sleep in left is best option. U will sleep left side at 1 hour and turn to sleep with right side 15-20 mind

Yea sleep on your left side is very good. Some people sleep on there back too because I can't sleep on my right side
