I am 18 weeks pregnant and experiencing severe cramping on both sides like a wishbone after emptying my bladder. I also have migraines every day, faint spells, and have lost close to 30 pounds. This is my fourth pregnancy and I've never had these symptoms before. I've talked to my OB-GYN but they don't seem as concerned as I am. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?
