I am currently in my 10th week of pregnancy, but the ultrasound shows that I am only 8 weeks along with no heartbeat or movement. This is causing me a lot of worry and anxiety. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? What could be the possible reasons for this discrepancy? Is there any hope for a positive outcome?
