Why does my upper abdomen feel hard during pregnancy at 23 weeks?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

During pregnancy, it is common for the upper abdomen to feel hard due to various reasons. One possible cause is the growing uterus, which puts pressure on the abdominal muscles and causes them to tighten. This can result in a firm and rigid feeling in the upper abdomen. Another reason could be gas or bloating, which can make the stomach feel hard and distended. Additionally, constipation or digestive issues may contribute to a firm sensation in the upper abdomen. It's important to stay hydrated, eat a balanced diet with plenty of fiber, and engage in regular physical activity to help alleviate these symptoms. If you have concerns or experience severe pain along with a hard abdomen, it's advisable to consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance.

Please check your babys position... Its because your baby may be in breech position.. And its quiet normal till 32 weeks... I have the same problem... I cant have much food... And i feel the upper belly harder... Nothing to worry... In case your baby is in breech try to use tips which can help your baby to turn around before reaching 32 weeks naturally... Happy pregnancy to you all.. ❤❤❤
