I've been experiencing a lack of appetite and constant nausea, resulting in very little food intake. What could be causing this?

There can be several reasons for a lack of appetite and constant nausea. It could be due to underlying medical conditions such as gastrointestinal issues, hormonal imbalances, or even psychological factors like stress or anxiety. Certain medications, pregnancy, or changes in your diet may also contribute to these symptoms. To address this issue, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional who can evaluate your symptoms, perform necessary tests, and provide appropriate treatment options. They may recommend dietary changes, medication adjustments, stress management techniques, or further investigations depending on the underlying cause identified.

Your body is going through alot of changes and you have many hormones surging through your body so that will play a part in your appetite. Try eating small frequent meals even if you start with crackers . When your pregnant your taste buds change and your sense of smell so that could also be affecting your appetite. If you cook a hot meal wait for it to cool down a tad bit so the smell isn't overpowering and then try eating ! That has helped when my nose is in overload with smells lol makes me lose my appetite but doing those things helped alot
