Yes, it is generally safe for pregnant women to consume dry fruits like almonds, cashews, and dates during the first trimester. In fact, these foods can provide essential nutrients that are beneficial for both the mother and the developing baby. Almonds are a good source of healthy fats and protein, while cashews offer vitamins and minerals like magnesium and zinc. Dates are rich in fiber and natural sugars that can help alleviate constipation and provide energy. However, it's important to consume these dry fruits in moderation as part of a balanced diet. If you have any concerns or specific dietary restrictions, it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice.

Yes. There are only a small number of things that you should avoid. Don't drink raspberry tea unless you're near your due date. Avoid caffeine. Avoid uncooked, or undercooked meats and fish... there are likely a few I've missed but these are the big ones. Nuts like almonds and cashews are fine to have.  They have really healthy fats for making your baby's brain.
