Try to take melatonin... It's natural and unharmful to the baby..

When you take it take it right as youblay down to go to bed..

Get LEMON BALM herb. Natural and  inexpensive. Great for pregnancy. Make sure it's organic. I get mine on Amazon (loose in a silver bag). Relaxes and helps you sleep

Anything with hot milk sends u to sleep .. ie weetabix hot chocolate

Our bodies process sugars differently while pregnant. Stay away from sugar!  Including hot chocolate. Unless you mix organic milk and organic unsweetened cocoa powder and heat it up on the stove. Yes! Get rid off your microwave!

I do find hot milk and hot chocolate always worked for me! My dietican always told me to tey milky drinks im 31 weeks. And i would go bed earlier and read a book or if i couldnt concentrate on that i would put head phones in and listen to calming music.
