I am currently in my 29th week of pregnancy and have been craving guava. I usually eat 2-3 guavas a day. Will this have any negative effects on my baby? Please advise.
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Guava is a nutritious fruit that can be safely consumed during pregnancy, including the 29th week. It is rich in vitamins A and C, fiber, and folate, which are beneficial for both you and your baby's health. Eating 2-3 guavas a day should not have any negative effects on your baby as long as you are not allergic to them or experiencing any digestive issues. However, it is always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider about your specific dietary needs during pregnancy. They can provide personalized advice based on your medical history and individual circumstances. Enjoy your guavas in moderation as part of a balanced diet for a healthy pregnancy!
