My breasts have started leaking a little at 3 weeks and 4 days postpartum. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is completely normal for breasts to start leaking milk during the early stages of breastfeeding, typically around 2-3 weeks after giving birth. This is known as lactation or let-down reflex and is a sign that your body is producing milk to nourish your baby. Leaking can occur spontaneously or in response to certain triggers like hearing a baby cry or thinking about your baby. The amount of leakage can vary from woman to woman, ranging from a few drops to more significant amounts. If you are experiencing discomfort or excessive leakage, you can use nursing pads or breast shells to manage the situation. However, if you notice any signs of infection such as redness, swelling, pain, or fever, it's important to consult with your healthcare provider as these could be indicators of mastitis or other complications.

Not sure but I've heard that during early war (1900s) men would lactate due to lack of nutrition, maybe it's a diet factor. GL
