Is it normal if my scan shows 7 weeks and 4 days, but I'm supposed to be 8 weeks according to the app?

According to the app, I am 8 weeks pregnant. However, my recent scan shows that I am only 7 weeks and 4 days along. Is this discrepancy normal or something to be concerned about?

App counts from last LMP..And fetal age is different.
