I am currently 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant and noticed some blood for one day. Should I be concerned or is this a normal occurrence during the first trimester?

That is probably nothing to worry about..I'm on #6 pregnancy now and my oldest is 21! So I know a little bit about pregnancy issues... You can still have normal periods during pregnancy.
