my ultrasound showed 4th week 3rd day but this is my 6th week and no heartbeat

This is my 6th week and only there is a weak sac in ultrasound and no heartbeat and my my ultrasound showed 4th week 3rd day but this is my 6th week and 2nd day. In last ultrasound which I have one week before it showed 4th week 5th day but now it back.
