Is it normal to be pregnant without any symptoms besides a missed period?

I am currently 10 weeks and 3 days pregnant, but I haven't experienced any pregnancy symptoms other than a missed period. Should I be concerned about the lack of symptoms even though my home pregnancy test was positive?

That means you r pregnant it not compulsory that u will have symptoms . Every woman is different...  Congratulations
