Hello, I am 8 weeks pregnant and experiencing symptoms like sensitive breasts, frequent urination, nausea (but no vomiting), bloating, and uneasiness. I read online that pregnancy without vomiting can be a sign of miscarriage. I'm worried because this is my first pregnancy and last time I wasn't aware and lost the baby within 2 months. Can someone please help me understand if not vomiting during pregnancy is normal or if it could indicate a miscarriage? Thank you.

It is important to note that every pregnancy is different and not all women experience morning sickness or vomiting. While nausea and vomiting are common symptoms of early pregnancy, their absence does not necessarily indicate a problem or increase the risk of miscarriage. Many women have healthy pregnancies without experiencing any morning sickness at all.

Miscarriages can occur for various reasons, but the absence of vomiting alone is not considered a definitive sign of miscarriage. Other signs such as severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, or passing tissue should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.

If you have concerns about your pregnancy or previous experiences, it is best to consult with your healthcare provider who can provide personalized advice based on your medical history and current situation. They will be able to assess your specific circumstances and address any worries you may have.

Remember that stress and anxiety can also impact your well-being during pregnancy. Try to stay positive, take care of yourself by eating well-balanced meals, getting enough rest, staying hydrated, and seeking emotional support from loved ones or professionals if needed.

Always remember that each woman's journey through pregnancy is unique, so try not to compare yourself too much with others or rely solely on information found online. Your healthcare provider will guide you through this exciting yet sometimes challenging time in your life.

Count both me and you lucky. Not everyone experiences morning sickness, I didnt have it in my last pregnancy either, I've felt nausea from time to time bot not had any vomiting. Enjoy it while it lasts u might be lucky and have none at all. U may experience other symptoms instead. Not having any vomiting is not a sign of miscarriage. X
