I went dairy‑free during my first pregnancy because my skin was flaring up, so I can relate. I swapped cow's milk for almond milk and oat milk in my cereal and coffee – just look for unsweetened versions with added calcium. Coconut yogurt with fruit or chia pudding became my go‑to snack instead of regular yogurt. I also made sure to eat plenty of leafy greens, nuts and seeds to make up for the calcium and healthy fats I'd miss from dairy. Some friends love soy milk too, but it made me bloated so I stuck with almond/oat. It may take a bit of trial and error to find what sits well with you, and always read labels because some plant milks have a long list of additives. For me the change really helped my eczema calm down and I didn't feel like I was missing out.
