I tested positive for pregnancy 7 days ago and have been experiencing brown spotting today along with backache and mild cramps. However, my home pregnancy strips are now showing negative. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Spotting, backache, and mild cramps can be common symptoms during early pregnancy. However, if you have tested positive for pregnancy and are now experiencing these symptoms along with a negative result on your home pregnancy strips, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider. While spotting can sometimes occur in early pregnancy without any complications, it can also be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. Your healthcare provider will be able to evaluate your specific situation and provide appropriate guidance. It is always better to seek professional advice in such cases to ensure the health and well-being of both you and your baby.
