I'm currently in my 29th week of pregnancy and my scan report shows that I have an anterior placenta that is low lying and covering the os. This was first detected during my anatomy scan in the 5th month, and now it's still in the same position at 8 months. My doctor has advised complete bed rest, but I would like to know if there are any effective exercises or sleeping positions that can help change the position of the placenta. Please provide some suggestions.

Only solution to this problem is complete bed rest. sleep on your back and keep your legs inclined. Placenta position will change around 12-13 weeks
