What does it mean if the Clearblue test shows I'm 3+ weeks pregnant and I'm experiencing bright red bleeding with little clots?

If the bleeding is not like menstrual bleeding, it is more likely that it is implantation bleeding which is normal . So just don't worry keep calm. Implantation bleeding can be from bright red to brownish red which can happen 2 or 3 days before your period date, it can also happen during your normal periods dates. It doesn't last for more than 3 days usually.  But there are people who have menstrual type implantation bleeding and they still have normal preganacy .
