I am currently 8 weeks and 1 day pregnant, experiencing constant fatigue and nausea. Is it normal to feel this way and what can I do to cope with it?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is completely normal to feel tired and nauseous during the first trimester of pregnancy, especially around 8 weeks. These symptoms are often attributed to hormonal changes in your body. To cope with the fatigue, make sure you are getting enough rest by taking short naps throughout the day and going to bed early. It's also important to maintain a healthy diet, eating small frequent meals that are rich in protein and complex carbohydrates. Ginger or peppermint tea can help alleviate nausea. If these symptoms become severe or interfere with your daily life, consult your healthcare provider for further guidance. Remember, every pregnancy is different, so listen to your body and give yourself permission to take it easy when needed.
