I've been experiencing cramping since finding out I'm pregnant, but no bleeding. Shouldn't I have more symptoms? Only morning sickness and increased hunger. No breast pain. Is this normal at 7 weeks?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is not uncommon to experience cramping without spotting during the 7th week of pregnancy. Every woman's pregnancy symptoms can vary, and some may experience more symptoms than others. While breast pain is a common symptom, its absence does not necessarily indicate a problem. Morning sickness and increased hunger are also typical signs of early pregnancy. However, if you have any concerns or if the cramping becomes severe or is accompanied by other worrisome symptoms, it is always best to consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation and reassurance. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation and medical history.

Cramps may also be due to constipation. Not sure if you are having that problem, but I am and I am pretty sure that is why my stomach has been hurting so much.
