Can someone please provide guidance on how to manage and alleviate diarrhea during pregnancy at 13 weeks?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Experiencing diarrhea during pregnancy can be uncomfortable, but there are several steps you can take to manage it. Firstly, ensure you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids such as water, clear broths, and electrolyte-rich drinks. Avoid consuming foods that may aggravate your symptoms, such as spicy or greasy foods. Instead, opt for a bland diet consisting of easily digestible foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet). Probiotics can also help restore the balance of good bacteria in your gut. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance tailored to your specific situation.

It happens to me when I was 11weeks but I didn't take any medication and it's stop on its own, so don't worry it will stop just avoid any light food and sugary foods as well, you will get yourself okay. And make sure you take good care of yourself as well avoid water that seems to have taste. You will be fine.
