I'm 38 weeks pregnant and experiencing diarrhea and lower abdominal pain. Could this be a sign that I'm going into labor soon?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

While diarrhea and lower abdominal pain can sometimes be early signs of labor, they are not definitive indicators on their own. It's important to consider other factors such as the frequency and intensity of contractions, the presence of bloody show or water breaking, and any other symptoms you may be experiencing. If you're unsure or concerned, it's best to contact your healthcare provider for guidance. They will be able to assess your specific situation and provide appropriate advice based on your individual circumstances.

They are signs of labor but doesn't mean it'll be soon...

I've been having diarrhea since 32 wks,  lower cramps since 33 wks and real contractions showing up on monitor since 31 wks.

At 33+5 i was dilated to 2cm, 25% effaced and-2 station.  I'm now 35+3, 2.5cm, and still 25% efface and-2 station.

This will be my 3rd live birth.
