I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and had a scan at 6 weeks and 4 days. The scan didn't show anything except the gestational age. I have no pregnancy symptoms but experiencing abdominal cramps and mild bleeding. I've been diagnosed with an infection. Should I be concerned or should I wait for further guidance since my check-up hasn't provided any help?
