Is brown discharge during pregnancy at 10 weeks a cause for concern?

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing brown discharge for the past 24 hours. Initially, it was heavy but now it is occurring lightly. Should I be worried about this? Is it a serious issue that requires medical attention?
