7 weeks and today went for an ultrasound, two sacs was seen, one with a heart beat and one without a heart beat and a yolk sac. They said it might be twins but one of them is not a life anymore or heart has stopped.. I was told to come back when they are 8 weeks and I have no signs of miscarriage. Has it happened to anyone else ? I feel so sad and worried about it all
