Congratulations on your journey towards motherhood! Calculating pregnancy months is an important aspect of tracking your baby's development and ensuring a healthy pregnancy. The most common method used to calculate pregnancy months is based on the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). This method assumes that conception occurs around day 14 of your menstrual cycle. To calculate your due date, add 280 days (40 weeks) to the first day of your LMP. This will give you an estimated date when you can expect to deliver your baby. However, it's important to note that every woman's cycle is unique, so this calculation may not be accurate for everyone. Another way to estimate pregnancy months is by using ultrasound measurements taken during early prenatal visits. These measurements can provide more precise information about the gestational age of your baby and help determine how far along you are in your pregnancy. Your healthcare provider will monitor the growth and development of your baby throughout each trimester, providing you with more specific information about which month you are in. Remember, it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized guidance and accurate calculations based on your individual circumstances.

Pregnancy is calculate by weeks and the total weeks are 40weeks. You can start from the very first day you missed your period but ur Gynecologist will give you the correct answer and correct weeks you're into. Bless u!
