I am currently 19 weeks pregnant and I have been feeling the baby on my waist. It's making it difficult for me to bend and sit comfortably. Is this normal or should I be concerned? Please help.
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Feeling the baby on your waist at 19 weeks pregnant is generally considered normal. As your baby grows, their movements become more noticeable and can be felt in different areas of your abdomen, including the waist. However, if you are experiencing discomfort or pain while bending or sitting, it's always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider to rule out any potential issues. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation and offer suggestions for relieving discomfort. In the meantime, try practicing gentle stretches and maintaining good posture to alleviate any discomfort caused by the pressure of the baby on your waist.

I am 32 weeks, my little one has been putting pressure on me like your saying since about 15 weeks so I am thinking it is pretty normal. As he or she grows it gets heavier and harder to deal with. I am miserable but it is all worth it in the end. Good luck

Thank you mom (Cindy)
Was worried though my Dr said is normal, hearing it from someone who is going through the same thing has put my mind at ease.
Good luck
