What are some effective remedies for morning sickness that lasts all day? I experience constant nausea and struggle to eat or drink anything without feeling sick, although it doesn't progress to vomiting.

Morning sickness can be a challenging experience, especially when it persists throughout the day. While every individual is different, there are several remedies that may help alleviate your symptoms. Firstly, try eating small, frequent meals throughout the day instead of large ones. This can help prevent an empty stomach and keep nausea at bay. Ginger has been known to have anti-nausea properties, so consider incorporating ginger tea or ginger candies into your routine. Additionally, acupressure wristbands designed for motion sickness may provide relief by applying pressure on specific points on your wrists. It's also important to stay hydrated, so try sipping on clear fluids like water or herbal teas throughout the day rather than drinking large amounts at once. If these remedies don't bring relief, consult with your healthcare provider who may be able to prescribe medication specifically formulated for persistent morning sickness. Remember to take care of yourself and rest as much as possible during this time.

The only thing that helps me was a "hack" given to me by a nurse in the ER. She told me to just take a few sniffs of an alcohol wipe! It actually works, but just 2-3 minutes later, I need to take another sniff. Something in the alckhol wipe (or rubbing alcohol) blocks recwpters in the brain from letting you actually feel nauseaus. It's honestly the ONLY thing that takes it all away. Just don't do too many sniffs or you'll get dizzy. If you do, stop!
