In the 33rd week of pregnancy, is it necessary to start walking or exercising in order to have a normal delivery? What are the benefits of doing so?

Yes the more you will walk and exercise it would be easy for you to deliver a baby with less efforts and pains. If you won't walk your baby would not put it's head down and be in a breech position were there are least chances of normal delivery atleast take walk for 1 hour per day from today to make it easier.
