I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing severe cramps after consuming honey. How can I alleviate the pain caused by these cramps?

While honey is generally considered safe for consumption during pregnancy, some individuals may experience adverse reactions. If you are experiencing severe cramps after consuming honey, it is advisable to discontinue its use and consult with your healthcare provider. They will be able to assess your symptoms and provide appropriate guidance. In the meantime, you can try alleviating the pain by applying a warm compress to the affected area or taking a warm bath. Additionally, staying hydrated and practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises may help ease discomfort. Remember to always prioritize your health and seek professional medical advice when needed.

Honey normally is not good for ladies TTC and pregnancy. It induce contractions which may lead to a miscarriage. Some women consume it to fasten contractions during labour.
