asked Sep 22, 2021 in Baby Health During Pregnancy by Bharti
I am currently 34 weeks and 3 days pregnant, but my recent ultrasound shows that I am actually measuring at 36 weeks and 1 day. Is this discrepancy normal or should I be concerned? Please provide guidance.

It is not uncommon for there to be a slight discrepancy between the gestational age determined by your last menstrual period (LMP) and the measurements obtained from an ultrasound. Ultrasounds are generally considered more accurate in determining gestational age, as they take into account the size of the baby and various developmental markers. However, there can still be variations due to factors such as individual growth rates or measurement errors. In your case, a difference of a few days is within the range of normal variation. It is important to remember that due dates are estimates, and babies can arrive earlier or later than expected. If you have any concerns about your pregnancy or if there are any significant discrepancies in your measurements, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance.

If I reallllllly wanted to get picky though, I MIGHT suggest that he shouldn t use tamoxifen for existing gynocomestia because it hasn t been shown to deteriorate set in gyno buy cialis online cheap Although there was no significant difference in median overall survival, an advantage seen with letrozole for the first 2 years may have been lost because of crossover to the alternate agent at disease progression

Yes it's normal. In the 3rd trimester babies can grow at different speeds and their weight varies from pregnancy to pregnancy.

1 week ahead or behind us within completely normal ranges.

I have gestational diabetes which causes my baby to gain extra weight. He's measuring 3 weeks ahead of schedule and the Doctors are monitoring him closely, but arent overly concerned at the moment.

If there was a worry your provider will let you know.

Good luck and congratulations
