15 Weeks Pregnant: Experiencing Lower Abdominal Pain and Lump - What Could It Be?

I am 15 weeks pregnant and have noticed a lump growing on the right side of my lower abdomen. Along with this, I am experiencing pain. My stomach is not expanding, only the lump. What could be causing this? Should I be concerned?

Koi complication b ho Sakti ha ..I m also at 14 weeks and feel abdominal pain..after scan Dr told me my plecenta Is in hypoechoic area..and there's also a clot near my utrus wall..
