Hi, I am experiencing symptoms like dizziness, nausea, headache, fatigue, and mild cramping on the left side of my abdomen. I also have a loss of appetite. However, I had bleeding just a few days ago. Is it possible that I am pregnant? Can you please provide an answer?

I kinda see your having morning sickness and cramping slightly... morning sickness is normal but I would ask your doctor about cramps in tummy

I am seeing all the symptoms of pregnancy, dizziness, nausea, headache, tiredness, slight cramping in the left side of the abdomen, I feel like eating nothing but I am still bleeding It happened for 2 days or worse, I am not even with my husband, I understand why this is happening is it pregnancy or not plz reply plz plz
