I have been drinking Fanta since my first trimester and now I am in my second trimester. Can this have any negative effects on my baby or myself as the mother?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is generally recommended to limit consumption of sugary drinks, such as Fanta, during pregnancy. While occasional consumption is unlikely to cause harm, excessive intake may lead to issues like gestational diabetes or excessive weight gain. However, if you have been consuming Fanta in moderation and your overall diet is balanced, it is unlikely to have a significant impact on your baby's health or yours. It's always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice based on your specific circumstances.

There is no caffeine in fanta, you can have it, it's safe. If it is affecting you negatively, then I would stop drinking it. If not maybe only have 1 or 2  a day because of the sugar content, if you are drinking the regular one. It is encouraged to drink water and milk more often than anything else.
