Experiencing Pregnancy Symptoms but Still Confused - Nausea, Diarrhea, Discharge, and Abdominal Pain

I am experiencing symptoms like nausea, diarrhea, white and clear mixed discharge, and pain in my left abdomen. Could these be signs of pregnancy?

Do you track your period or ovulation? You can check the chances of being pregnant based on the dates. If you have missed your period, I would recommend taking a test, or making an appointment with your doctor or nurse practitioner and get a blood test. I had 3 false negatives, after I missed my period, I tested positive about a week and a half after. Currently at 23 and a half weeks. The blood test are accurate and can test far sooner than a urine test. It is still recommended to wait until after missing your period to get the test.
