Hello ladies, I've been trying to conceive for 2 years now and have had 2 miscarriages. I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant and feeling scared and worried. I can't see my obgyn until August 16th. Can anyone offer advice or reassurance?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It's completely understandable to feel anxious after experiencing previous miscarriages. While waiting for your appointment with the obgyn, there are a few things you can do to ease your worries. Firstly, try to stay positive and remind yourself that every pregnancy is different. Take care of yourself by eating a healthy diet, staying hydrated, getting enough rest, and avoiding any activities that may put unnecessary strain on your body. It's also important to reach out for support from friends, family, or online communities who have gone through similar experiences. They can provide comfort, guidance, and share their own stories of successful pregnancies after miscarriage. Remember that stress can negatively impact your well-being and potentially affect the pregnancy outcome, so finding ways to relax and manage stress is crucial during this time. If you experience any concerning symptoms such as severe pain or heavy bleeding, don't hesitate to contact a healthcare professional immediately.
