Not Feeling Baby Movements at 5 Months Pregnant and Experiencing Unusual White Discharge - Is this Normal?

I am currently 5 months pregnant and have not yet felt any movements from my baby. Additionally, I have noticed a white discharge that doesn't seem normal. Could there be something wrong? Can someone please provide me with some answers or advice?

Hey,im 7months pregnant. First baby. I went through the same thing,didnt feel anything. Every time i went to see my Gynae the baby would be very busy inside. I only started feeling the end of the 6month.Now baby is kicking like crazy. Discharge is normal,unless it goes with a bad smell or burning,then please see a doctor.

Hello, I was the same. At 5 months I didnt feel anything and was always so worried. If you have an anterior (front) placenta this could be why as the placenta will act like a cushion taking the impact of the kicks/movements. Also, if you had belly fat prior to pregnancy this is a factor too. I had belly fat and my placenta was at the front so I could not feel movements. At scans they would always say the baby is moving all over the place and I couldn't feel it! Around 6 months plus I could feel movement and even then it was just swishes and light flutters. Find out where your placenta is and try not to worry. My friend is 5 months and also cant feel movement. I would mention it to the doctor though just in case, no harm in asking them. Tc xx
