Why do I sometimes feel pregnant and other times not? Additionally, why do I have aversions to most foods during pregnancy?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is normal for pregnancy symptoms to fluctuate throughout the course of your pregnancy. Some days you may experience strong symptoms, while on other days they may be less noticeable. Hormonal changes and individual variations can contribute to these fluctuations. As for food aversions, they are also common during pregnancy due to hormonal changes and heightened senses. Your body's response to certain smells or tastes may change, leading to a dislike or avoidance of certain foods. These aversions usually subside as the pregnancy progresses. However, if you have concerns about your symptoms or dietary changes, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice and guidance.

I am in 7th week. For last 3 days my symptoms like nausea, fatique, soreness disappeared. I feel guilty for feeling okay. Just wondering if everything is okay.
