I am currently 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant, and I haven't experienced any morning sickness or vomiting. However, I do have frequent urination and feel a little bloated. Is it normal to not have morning sickness during pregnancy? Should I be concerned?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is completely normal to not experience morning sickness during pregnancy. Every woman's experience with pregnancy symptoms can vary. While morning sickness is a common symptom, not all women will experience it. Instead of focusing on the absence of morning sickness, pay attention to other signs of a healthy pregnancy such as weight gain, breast tenderness, fatigue, and fetal movement later in the pregnancy. If you are concerned about your symptoms or lack thereof, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice and reassurance.

Hi I am currently 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I am not really experiencing any morning sickness either. Once in a while I become nauseous but I was thinking it was because I reduced the dose of a medi am currently taking. I have started having some frequent urination as well as some cramping but this is all pretty normal. I just had a baby in January and can't believe I got pregnant again after only 1 period but with my last pregnancy I didn't start getting morning sickness until I was about 6 weeks along. Trust me when I say you don't want morning sickness. Someone women don't get it at all. With my son I didn't but with my daughter it was pretty bad. Don't worry everything is OK and if you do get morning sickness you will start feeling it pretty soon. Congratulations
